OONNO furniture is designed for long-term residential use. Our Limited Warranty protects against confirmed manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

 

Limited Warranty Overview

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The warranty begins on the date of delivery, based on carrier records, delivery confirmation, or OONNO order records.

OONNO may determine, at its discretion, whether an approved warranty claim will be resolved through repair, replacement part, replacement module, replacement product, store credit, or another appropriate remedy.

What the Warranty Covers

The OONNO Limited Warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects, including:
- Structural frame defects
- Breakage or detachment of springs or support systems
- Defective modular connectors or hardware
- Seam separation caused by manufacturing defect
- Abnormal upholstery cracking caused by manufacturing defect
- Material defects present under normal residential use
- Defective parts or components supplied by OONNO

 

Warranty Remedies

Warranty remedies may include:
- Replacement part
- Replacement module
- Repair
- Professional service
- Store credit
- Replacement product of equal or comparable value

If the original product is no longer available, OONNO may provide a comparable replacement.

 

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The OONNO Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Natural softening of cushions
- Wrinkling, pilling, or fabric relaxation from normal use
- Comfort preference
- Fabric fading caused by sunlight or environmental exposure
- Leather patina, natural markings, scars, grain, or color variation
- Natural wood grain, knots, texture, or color variation
- Stains, odors, burns, cuts, tears, or punctures
- Pet damage, including scratching, biting, chewing, or hair contamination
- Water damage, mold, mildew, insect damage, or improper storage
- Damage caused by incorrect cleaning products or fabric protection treatments
- Damage caused by improper assembly, disassembly, movement, or storage
- Third-party repairs, handyman services, disposal, or modifications arranged without written approval from OONNO
- Commercial, rental, staging, hospitality, institutional, or outdoor use unless specifically stated- Clearance, floor sample, final sale, or as-is products
- Minor color variation between fabric or leather batches, dye lots, swatches, and finished products
- Promotional gifts or complimentary items- Incidental or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law

 

How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, contact OONNO Customer Support.

Please include:
- Order number
- Product name
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Photos of the full product
- Photos of labels, tags, or affected components if available

OONNO will review your claim and respond with next steps.

 

Claim Review

OONNO may request additional information during the review process.

We may evaluate whether the issue appears to result from a manufacturing defect, normal wear, misuse, improper care, unauthorized modification, improper assembly, improper storage, commercial use, or external damage.

Please do not arrange third-party repairs, handyman services, disposal, or modifications without written approval from OONNO. Unauthorized third-party service costs are not reimbursable.

Legal Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or jurisdiction.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply to you.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

OONNO may update this Warranty Policy from time to time.

The warranty terms posted on oonnostudio.com at the time of purchase will generally apply to your order unless otherwise required by law.
