OONNO offers secure payment options to make your purchase simple and convenient. This page explains accepted payment methods, billing, refunds, taxes, and payment-related questions.
Accepted Payment Methods
OONNO may accept the following payment methods:

- PayPal, if available at checkout
- Apple Pay, if available at checkout
- Google Pay, if available at checkout
- Financing or installment options, if available at checkout
- OONNO store credit or promotional credit, if applicable
Available payment methods may vary by region, device, browser, currency, and checkout provider.
PayPal
If PayPal is available at checkout, you may be redirected to PayPal’s secure platform to complete your payment.
PayPal may allow you to pay using a credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal balance, depending on your PayPal account and region.
Currency
Prices may be displayed in USD or CAD depending on your selected country or region.
Your payment provider may apply currency conversion rates, foreign transaction fees, or other charges depending on your card, bank, or location.
Payment Authorization and Review

For security reasons, OONNO does not store, view, or handle full credit card numbers through our customer service systems.

- Contact OONNO if the issue continues
When You Are Charged

Refunds

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If the original payment method is no longer available, OONNO may issue store credit.
Promotional Codes and Store Credit
Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and may be subject to expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum order values, or other restrictions.
Store credit may only be used on oonnostudio.com unless otherwise stated.
Promotional codes, store credit, and gift cards may not be redeemable for cash unless required by law.
Invoices and Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
