At OONNO, we want your delivery experience to feel considered, clear, and well-supported. This page explains our shipping options, delivery timelines, service fees, tracking process, and what to do if something arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect.

 

Delivery Options

White Glove Delivery

For a premium delivery experience, choose White Glove Delivery.

White Glove Delivery may include:
- Scheduled delivery appointment
- Room-of-choice placement
- Professional handling
- Basic assembly where applicable
- Unpacking
- Removal of packaging materials and debris

White Glove Delivery is recommended for large modular sofas, heavy furniture, multi-piece orders, or customers who prefer a more complete in-home delivery experience.

White Glove Delivery Fee: $199 per eligible order.

Availability may vary by region, carrier capacity, building access, and product type.

Curbside Delivery

Curbside Delivery is a more budget-friendly delivery option.

With Curbside Delivery, your order is delivered to the curb, driveway, parking area, or building entrance. You are responsible for moving the item into your home, unpacking, assembly, and packaging disposal.

Orders over $2,000: Free Curbside Delivery
Orders from $1 to $1,999: $99 flat delivery fee

Shipping Regions

OONNO currently ships eligible orders to the United States and Canada, excluding certain remote or restricted regions.

We currently do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Nunavut
- Other remote regions where carrier service is unavailable

Regional availability may change based on carrier coverage, product size, and service type.

 

Estimated Shipping Timeline

Estimated shipping and delivery timelines vary by product, destination, inventory status, and selected delivery method.

In-stock items usually ship faster than made-to-order or special configuration items. Custom, oversized, or special-order products may require additional preparation time.

Some products may require additional preparation, quality inspection, freight transit, customs processing, or regional carrier scheduling.

The delivery estimate shown on the product page, checkout page, or order confirmation email is the best estimate for your order.

If you have a time-sensitive delivery need, please contact us before or shortly after placing your order. We cannot guarantee expedited delivery, but our team will review available options.

 

Tracking Your Order

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and estimated lead time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date when available.

If you do not see these emails, please check your spam or promotions folder.

For freight or large furniture deliveries, the carrier or delivery partner may contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

You can also log into your OONNO account and visit the Orders page to check your order status.

Preparing for Delivery

Before your delivery appointment, please make sure:
- Your delivery address and phone number are correct
- Someone 18 years or older is available to receive the delivery
- Hallways, stairs, elevators, and doorways are clear
- The item will fit through entryways and into the intended room
- Building delivery requirements are confirmed in advance
- Pets and children are kept away from the delivery area

If you have special delivery requests, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to assist, but requests may depend on carrier availability, product type, delivery region, and shipment status.

 

Delivery Access Requirements

For White Glove Delivery or large-item delivery, please confirm that your home or building can accommodate the product.

Customers are responsible for verifying:
- Doorway width
- Elevator access
- Stairway clearance
- Hallway turns
- Parking restrictions
- Building certificate of insurance requirements
- Delivery appointment rules

If a delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, missed appointments, incorrect address, or unavailable recipient, additional delivery, storage, or return fees may apply.

 

Special Delivery Requests

If you have special delivery requests, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to assist, but requests may depend on carrier availability, product type, delivery region, and shipment status.

 

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your order at delivery whenever possible.

If you notice visible damage to the packaging or product:
- Note the issue with the delivery carrier if possible
- Take photos of the packaging and product
- Keep all packaging materials
- Contact OONNO within 7 days of delivery

 

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Something arrived damaged, missing, or incorrect?

Please contact us through our online contact form or by email at service@oonnostudio.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Order number
- Product name
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping labels, if available

If the issue is confirmed, OONNO may repair, replace, exchange, provide parts, or refund the affected item at no cost to you.

Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved, as they may be needed for carrier documentation.

 

Failed Delivery, Refused Delivery, or Incorrect Address

If a delivery attempt fails due to refusal, incorrect address, lack of signature, unavailable recipient, access restrictions, or missed appointment, additional handling, storage, rescheduling, shipping, or return fees may apply.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped. If a carrier reroute is available, additional rerouting, storage, rescheduling, or delivery fees may apply.
