If an eligible item you purchased from oonnostudio.com is marked down on our website within 60 days of your order date, you may request a one-time price adjustment.

Important Note

This policy applies only to eligible price changes on oonnostudio.com.

OONNO does not match prices from competitor websites, marketplaces, unauthorized sellers, third-party retailers, or resale platforms.

How It Works

If an eligible OONNO item you purchased goes on sale on oonnostudio.com within 60 days of your order date, contact us to request a price adjustment.

If approved, OONNO may issue the difference between the price you paid and the lower listed OONNO website price.

Eligibility

To qualify for a price adjustment:

- The item must have been purchased directly from oonnostudio.com.
- The request must be submitted within 60 days of the order date.
- The order date shown in your OONNO order confirmation will be used to determine eligibility.
- The item must be identical, including product name, size, configuration, color, material, model, and quantity.
- The lower price must be listed on oonnostudio.com at the time of your request.
- The item must be in stock and available for purchase at the lower price when your request is reviewed.
- The order must not have been cancelled, fully refunded, or returned.
- Only one price adjustment is available per eligible item.

What Is Not Eligible
Price adjustments do not apply to:

- Clearance items
- Final Sale items
- Flash sales
- Limited-time doorbusters
- Bundle pricing
- Set sales
- Multi-item promotions
- Package discounts
- Coupon codes
- Affiliate codes
- Email sign-up discounts
- Personalized offers
- Gift cards
- Store credit
- Financing promotions
- Pricing errors
- Third-party marketplace prices
- Competitor websites
- Prices from unauthorized sellers
- Price changes outside the 60-day window
- Items that are out of stock at the lower price
- Custom or made-to-order items, unless otherwise stated

Delayed Fulfillment Review
If your order is delayed due to an OONNO-related fulfillment issue, our team may review price adjustment eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

This does not guarantee approval outside the standard 60-day window, but allows us to review exceptional situations fairly.

How to Request a Price Adjustment
To request a price adjustment, please contact us through our online contact form or by email at service@oonnostudio.com.

Please include:

- Order number
- Product name
- Email address used at checkout
- Link or screenshot showing the lower OONNO website price
- Date you noticed the lower price

How Adjustments Are Issued
Approved price adjustments may be issued to the original payment method, as store credit, or as promotional credit, depending on the original payment method, order status, and payment provider.

Shipping fees, White Glove Delivery fees, assembly fees, taxes, and other service fees are not included in price adjustments.

Review Timeline
OONNO typically reviews price adjustment requests within 2–3 business days after receiving complete information.

Additional Terms
OONNO reserves the right to verify the lower price, product availability, product eligibility, order status, and request details before approving a price adjustment.

OONNO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end this policy at any time.

The policy version posted on oonnostudio.com at the time of purchase will generally apply to your order unless otherwise required by law.
